RQ webpage issue (Clearing browsing data/ Calendar issue)
Please follow the below steps to clear the browser history and let us know the outcome please.
Step-by-Step to Clear Cache, Cookies, and Browsing History in Chrome
Step 1: Open Google Chrome
- Launch the Google Chrome browser on your computer.
Step 2: Open the “Clear Browsing Data” Menu
There are two ways to do this:
Option A (Using Menu):
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Hover over “History” and click “History” again from the submenu.
- On the left panel, click “Clear browsing data.”
Option B (Keyboard Shortcut):
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
Step 3: Choose Time Range
- In the pop-up window, select the Time range dropdown.
- Choose “All time” to delete everything.
Step 4: Select What to Clear
Make sure these checkboxes are checked:
- ✅ Browsing history
- ✅ Cookies and other site data
- ✅ Cached images and files
(You can also check other options like Passwords or Autofill data, but that’s optional.)
