How to send Log Files

Please follow the steps to send the log files

For iOS:
  • Open the Files app on your iOS device.
  • Navigate to “On My iPhone” (or “On My iPad”).
  • Select the “RQ Mobile” folder.
  • Open the “Logs” folder.
  • Tap on the “expand-logs-data” file to view or share the log details.

For android:

  1. Connect the Android Mobile to the Laptop.
  2. Select the Name of the Device.
  3. Select the Media.
  4. Select the Data in the Media.
  5. Select the Request.
  6. Select the Logs.
