Please follow the steps to send the log files
For iOS:
- Open the Files app on your iOS device.
- Navigate to “On My iPhone” (or “On My iPad”).
- Select the “RQ Mobile” folder.
- Open the “Logs” folder.
- Tap on the “expand-logs-data” file to view or share the log details.
For android:
- Connect the Android Mobile to the Laptop.
- Select the Name of the Device.
- Select the Media.
- Select the Data in the Media.
- Select the Request.
- Select the Logs.
